**What's the role?**
Working with the Program Director and Program Managers to play a critical role in the delivery of a large and complex transformation program for News Corp Australia. Making sure projects stay on track and on budget, and that the staff works efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure efficient and effective reporting across the program.
- Develop and implement robust processes, managing the overall governance and controls
- Refine existing PMO practices in line with changing requirements and establishing best practices and frameworks.
- Manage the central repository of project documentation.
- Oversee Employee Manpower and capacity issues.
- Prepare Project Status Reports
- Monitor existing projects to ensure timely execution & completion
- Analyse data and project information to identify better ways to do business
- Drive improvements and uplifting PMO capabilities.
- Liaise with Sponsors, Steering Committee members and stakeholders at all levels of the client's organisation.
**Who you are**
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Good prioritisation skills, to balance key priorities.
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with program co-ordination/administration.
- Previous experience in information technology or other related fields.
- Certified Associate in Agile Methodologies.
- Knowledge of fiscal planning, business case development, and contract management.
- Advanced SharePoint and workflow skills.
