We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Mercedes Benz Product Specialist** to join our Pre-Owned vehicle sales team working from our Chatswood and Mosman locations.
The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
We are seeking a very self-motivated individual who wants to actively contribute to the greater success of the team. This person must have good time management skills, is driven, reliable, likes working in a team environment and takes initiative. You will be given all the support in relation to the products you sell and sales training.
**The role will involve the following**:
- Liaise with customers to assist with Used and New vehicle enquiries
- Be willing to learn about all aspects of the Mercedes Benz sales process
- Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs
- Maintaining current knowledge regarding the full range of Mercedes Benz vehicles, products, and services as well as our competitor's products
- Assist customers with test drives
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience in the hospitality, customer service or automotive industry
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Be able to work in a team environment
- An Australian drivers licence
