Key responsibilities include: End-to-end management of commercial renewals Daily administration across SME and commercial accounts Direct client interaction and query resolution Supporting brokers on mid-market and commercial risks Mentoring and guiding junior support team members Structured training milestones leading to client ownership over time This role is ideal for someone excelling in support and ready to progress into broking, not remain static.
