About the Opportunity
Join a leading contractor delivering key gas gathering infrastructure across Queensland's Surat Basin. With multiple workfronts ramping up, we're seeking experienced
Polywelders
and
Supervisors
to help deliver critical CSG pipeline installations to the highest safety and quality standards.
Polywelder Responsibilities
* Execute HDPE / PE pipe welding using
butt fusion
and
electrofusion
techniques
* Undertake trenching, pipe laying, and installation of gathering lines and features
* Read and interpret drawings and welding maps
* Perform QA/QC documentation and maintain weld traceability
* Operate within strict
HSE
and environmental standards
Supervisor Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate polywelding crews across multiple workfronts
* Plan daily activities, allocate resources, and oversee QA and productivity
* Support mobilisation, procurement, and logistics planning
* Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and client specifications
* Liaise with project engineers and QA inspectors to achieve zero-defect delivery
About You
* Proven experience on
CSG / Gas Gathering / Pipeline
projects
* Polywelding certification (Butt Fusion / Electrofusion) – highly regarded
* Solid understanding of
trenching, installation and QA documentation
* Strong record in
safety leadership and crew management
* Willingness to work FIFO / DIDO across Queensland
