Synergy Performance Institute is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic person to take on administration at our fantastic gym. We have a high performing team already, so you are joining a group of colleagues all working alongside each other to drive the club to its highest potential. This is a casual role.
Your primary focus as Gym Receptionist is liaising with customers and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for facility upkeep.

* A proven history of performance in customer service and sales

* Ability to multi-task whilst under pressure
* Proven to be genuinely capable of working to a high level under limited supervision (self-motivated, driven and passionate)

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Connect, inspire and build relationships with the members of the club
* Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face, and social media
* Manage and update client accounts
* Greet people as they come into the club to enquire, making them welcome and comfortable
* Interacting with members on the floor to ensure that their time in the gym is more enjoyable
* Maintain the facility's high standard of cleanliness
* Being involved in the sales process including selling and administration requirements

* Must be Passionate about Health and Fitness
* Must have current First Aid & CPR (willing to obtain)
