Job Title: Family Preservation and Reunification Practitioner
The Victorian Family Preservation and Reunification Response is an evidence-based program designed to support vulnerable children and their families. Our goal is to prevent at-risk children from entering or returning to out-of-home care by providing rapid, intensive, and sustained support.
* Collaborate with children and families to build on existing child and family services.
* Provide a strengths-based, culturally safe, and family-centred approach that includes intensive assessment, safety planning, parenting strategies, and collaboration with partner agencies.
* Support resilience and self-determination in families.
Requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, community services work or equivalent.
* Minimum of two years' experience in case management.
