Senior Educational Leader
Job Overview:
* Assist the Director with daily operational tasks, regulatory compliance, and staff management.
* Guide educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences.

* Support rostering, enrolments, administration, and centre operations.

Key Requirements:
* A diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
* Experience in a senior educator or leadership role, or readiness to take on this responsibility.
* Strong understanding of national quality standards and early learning frameworks.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
