Steel Manufacturing Frame Assembler
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Steel Manufacturing Frame Assembler to join our team at the Tomago Factory. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading steel home frame manufacturer, servicing iconic residential developers.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of machinery to shape, cut, and form steel into roof trusses, joists, and wall frames. Starting pay is $26 per hour, increasing to $28 after a 3-month training period.

About The Role
The Manufacturing Assembler will report to the Factory Manager and be part of the team assembling steel roof trusses, joists, and wall frames according to drafting plans. Key responsibilities include:
* Reading and understanding basic drawings and framing plans
* Assembling roof trusses, joists, and wall frames to high standards
* Collaborating with team members for seamless workflow
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
* Safely operating hand and power tools
About You

* Strong work ethic, honesty, reliability, and punctuality
* Experience with hand and power tools (training provided)
* Basic understanding of assembly work
* Comfort with high-volume, repetitive tasks
* Current driver's license and reliable transport
* Availability to work Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays (38 hours/week)
