Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Review and update Talent & Culture policies and procedures, along with other human resources materials.Monitor the administration of the Performance Appraisal Program and advise department heads in this process.Ensure all employees comply with hotel policies, procedures, and government employment regulations.Prepare and submit periodic Talent & Culture reports to management.Prepare and issue correspondence related to the Talent & Culture department.Counsel hotel personnel on career planning, training, development, and employee relations as needed.Investigate disciplinary actions to ensure compliance with labor law, hotel rules, and regulations. Discuss with department heads and recommend final actions.Oversee organization and execution of employee social, athletic, and recreational activities.Maintain good working relations with all departments and external contacts.RecruitmentDevelop and implement recruitment procedures and strategies to attract qualified candidates.Analyze hotel manpower requirements.Coordinate with hiring managers on recruitment, following approval by the divisional head and General Manager, adhering to policies and procedures.Conduct recruitment and exit interviews.Maintain partnerships with recruitment agencies and sources.
