Accounts Administrator Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our accounts department, including processing data and managing accounts payable and receivable. They will also be responsible for reconciling bank statements and assisting with operational tasks to ensure seamless financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable, ensuring accurate data transfer from our workflow system to accounting software.
* Support accounts receivable, including drafting and issuing invoices, following up on aged debt and overdue accounts, addressing client queries to ensure timely payments.
* Draft and maintain cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions.
* Reconcile bank and credit card transactions monthly to identify any discrepancies.
* Investigate and resolve any issues with strong attention to detail.
* Respond to supplier queries promptly and professionally.
* Perform general accounting administration and filing duties.
* Assist with month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
* Contribute to improving data accuracy and processing efficiency by implementing effective systems and procedures.
* Provide support with operational tasks as needed.
