A permanent full-time opportunity on our Sydney Roads and Asset Performance Contract has become available for an ITS (Intelligent Transport System) Supervisor at our Arndell Park site.

Leading a team of technicians, you will ensure that all team members are being managed and supported in their day-to-day, as well as utilising your high-level experience in Intelligent Transport Systems and technical solutions to deliver profitable projects.

What You'll Be Doing:
Ensure accurate recording of all on-site activities.
Prepare, implement, and maintain site OH&S requirements in accordance with Ventia policy.
Comply with all statutory obligations and project management system requirements.
Review subcontractors' quality, health, safety, and environmental documentation, including procedures, ITPs, and SWMS.
Manage and coordinate on-site health, safety, quality, and environmental activities, including inspections, testing, monitoring, and measurement.
Develop and implement operational rosters.
Participate in on-call and relief service duties as required.
Facilitate staff training to ensure awareness of responsibilities and to enhance capability.
Coordinate emergency response procedures, document incidents, and resolve non-conformances.
Implement and monitor KPIs to drive improved performance by Ventia personnel.
Could You Be Our ITS Supervisor?
Experience in Intelligent Transport Systems and asset maintenance is essential
Highly driven and motivated individual with leadership experience
Solid background in Traffic Signals
Driver's license and white card
Ability to provide outside of hours assistance whenever required
