Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team and assist with the preparation, cooking, and serving of meals for residents.
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of a Chef Supervisor to ensure all meals meet high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
The role involves:
* Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and presentation
* Meeting the dietary needs of individual residents
* Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Documenting and implementing food safety procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant certificate (e.g. Certificate III Hospitality – Commercial Cookery)
* Food Handling Course certification
* Current National Police Certificate or ability to acquire
* Experience in residential aged care or hospitality
