Marketing Automation Specialist
This role involves designing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels. As a specialist in this field, you will utilize Marketo to create engaging experiences for customers.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
* Designing and executing automated marketing campaigns across email, web, and digital channels
* Developing lead scoring models and nurture sequences that guide prospects through the sales funnel
* Creating compelling content, including email copy, landing pages, and dynamic content that drives results
* Analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
* Collaborating with teams to deliver aligned marketing strategies
The ideal candidate will have:
* 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or CRM management
* Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus points for:
* Marketo certification or similar platform credentials
* Experience with Salesforce CRM
* Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency
* Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and lead nurturing strategies
* Basic HTML knowledge for email template editing
