About the Role
Based at our Traralgon office, we are seeking a motivated individual with excellent customer service and time-management skills looking to start or enhance their career in the legal sector.
Reporting to the Partners and Practice Manager, you will be responsible for general reception duties including but not limited to:
- client and stakeholder interaction via phone, email and in person
- document filing, digitising, and recording
- mail and banking
- general administrative support to all areas of the practice as required
Competent computer literacy is necessary including Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience with LEAP Legal Software or similar is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
The successful candidate must also possess:
- strong attention to detail
- working compliance with privacy constraints
- demonstrated work ethic
- reliability and punctuality
- access to reliable transport
Experience within a law practice or similar qualified environment would be an advantage, however training will be provided for the right candidate.
The role is full time - Monday to Friday 8.20am to 5pm with a 9-day fortnight, subject to a 6-month probationary period.
