This is a clinical role designed for a Clinical Psychologist with supervision credentials (or working toward them), looking to step up and shape a growing team.

Grounded in neuro-affirming and evidence-informed practices, this team sees strong therapeutic relationships as the foundation of excellent outcomes. You'll collaborate across disciplines, mentor early-career Psychologists, and bring your own style to the mix, boxed programs need not apply.
Leadership here is relational, not hierarchical. You’ll be a first port of call for a small team of Psychs (ultimately 4–5 under your wing), backed by a larger clinical leadership group and plenty of wraparound support. This role gives you the rare opportunity to balance meaningful clinical work with mid-level management, building culture, growing people, and shaping services in line with your vision.
Your Duties will Include:
- Deliver high-quality, neurodiverse-affirming care to children, adolescents and families
- Provide supervision, mentoring and professional guidance to early-career Psychologists
- Shape your own niche while collaborating closely with a passionate multidisciplinary team

Requirements/ Skills:
- Experience in private practice or multidisciplinary clinic settings
- Paediatric experience is essential; trauma and disability experience a bonus
- Clinical endorsement with AHPRA; Board Approved Supervisor status or working toward this
