* Key Responsibilities:
* Speed, Quality & Standards: Maintain fast-paced workflows while ensuring every coffee meets specialty precision standards, calibrate equipment daily, monitor extraction techniques, and taste regularly.
* Stock Management: Effectively manage inventory levels for premium coffee beans, alternative milks, and consumables, maintain optimal PAR levels, track product rotation, and minimize waste.
* Maintenance & Equipment: Regularly clean and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and tools to ensure optimal performance, log any issues or faults immediately.
