**POSITION OBJECTIVE**
Through the provision of efficient, reliable, personal and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer, this position is pivotal in ensuring that Woodville Alliance achieves its strategic and operational objectives as set by the Board and its Community partners. This role also provides effective and timely management, facilitation and support for various projects and tasks allocated by the Chief Executive.
***MAIN DUTIES**
- Secretarial and administrative support to Chief Executive Officer - undertake research work; diary management; drafting correspondence; board papers; records management; inventory management etc.
- Events and project coordination within the Office of Chief Executive.
***ESSENTIAL**
- Demonstrated advanced organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to deal effectively with competing priorities
- Experience organising events or work functions
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- High level proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise, develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve objectives
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse and problem solve
- Ability to actively model and promote WA Mission, Vision and Values, including fairness, social justice and respecting cultural diversity
- Lead by example in all work practices
- Ability to exercise initiative and perform tasks with mínimal supervision.
