We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Specialist to join our team in Ballarat.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating various services, including cleaning, waste management, security, grounds maintenance, pest control, and catering services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate supplier and event requisitions
* Provide relief coverage for reception and switchboard duties
* Maintain office supplies and equipment
* Oversee security functions and cleaning routines, including floor warden roles
* Liaise with contractors for site works and building management
Key Requirements:
* Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights
* Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical check and police clearance
