Wealth Hub Australia is seeking an organised and proactive Part-Time Contracts Administrator to support our growing operations team. Based in our Southport office with some remote flexibility, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and wants to be part of a business making a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinate residential property contracts between clients, developers, conveyancers, and solicitors
Track and manage contract milestones including finance conditions and settlement dates
Ensure accuracy and compliance across all documentation and client files
Maintain and update CRM records (we use HubSpot) and internal databases
Flag and resolve issues proactively while supporting the Sales and Finance teams
Deliver a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved
What you’ll need:
Proven experience in contracts administration, property development, conveyancing or finance
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable using cloud-based systems and CRMs
Ability to manage multiple contracts at once and meet deadlines
A proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
