Key Responsibilities

 * Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
 * Assist with customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
 * Record and reconcile payments received and made, maintaining accurate financial records.
 * Reconcile and manage bank statements to prevent discrepancies.
 * Manage customer credit applications and setup trading terms, ensuring smooth business operations.
Requirements
 * Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
 * Exhibit a helpful and friendly attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
 * Prior experience in a customer service/admin role is preferred but not required.
