We are seeking an organized and friendly individual to join our team as a customer service representative.


Key Responsibilities

* Allocate incoming emails to relevant team members in a timely manner.
* Print orders throughout the day to ensure efficient processing.
* Maintain effective communication with customers via various channels.
* Provide timely tracking details to customers, ensuring they stay informed about their orders.
* Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
* Assist with customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Record and reconcile payments received and made, maintaining accurate financial records.
* Reconcile and manage bank statements to prevent discrepancies.
* Manage customer credit applications and setup trading terms, ensuring smooth business operations.


Requirements

* Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Exhibit a helpful and friendly attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
* Prior experience in a customer service/admin role is preferred but not required.
