GROUP MARKETING MANAGER | ZENITH HOTELS
Are you a brand-builder with a passion for strategy and a love of hospitality? Zenith Hotels is on the lookout for a Group Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help shape the future of our diverse portfolio of venues across Shoal Bay, Newcastle, and Western Sydney.

This is ahands-on rolewhere you'll lead the marketing team, manage the day-to-day marketing calendar, and roll up your sleeves to deliver impactful campaigns.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Growth Strategy, you'll set direction, support your team, and keep projects moving; while staying close to the work yourself.
* Drive brand consistency across all venues, from menus to signage and every customer touchpoint.
* Lead the marketing calendar, ensuring key dates are strategically planned and executed.
* Oversee digital marketing: social media strategy, EDMs, websites, and apps.
* Own the content creation strategy including coordinating photo and video shoots.
* Collaborate with external advertising agency to develop campaigns for print, radio, TV, digital and outdoor.
* Set and manage the venue marketing budgets, track ROI and report on performance.
* Champion customer loyalty programs and use data to drive engagement.
* Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team to deliver best-in-class work.
ABOUT YOU
You're ambitious, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You know how to zoom out for strategy, but you're equally confident rolling up your sleeves to get things done. We'd love to meet you if you:
* Have 5+ years experience in marketing (hospitality or lifestyle brands a bonus).
* Are a natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing a team.
* Are organised, detail-oriented, and love a good to-do list.
* Are commercially minded and comfortable managing budgets and reporting on ROI.
* Are confident across digital, social, content strategies, and traditional advertising.
* Can write sharp, engaging copy.
* Can juggle competing priorities with ease.

This role will involve travel between our venues in Port Stephens, Newcastle and Sydney, so you'll need a car and a valid driver's licence.
