We are seeking a skilled professional to manage construction sites and oversee the coordination of subcontractors.
1. Key Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination:
o Manage structural, services & finishing elements
o Coordinate secondary subcontractors
o Develop weekly work programmes
* Leadership:
o Provide clear leadership and direction to site teams
o Attend and contribute to site management meetings
o Ensure safety of all personnel on site
* Your Background:
o Trade qualified - Carpentry preferred
o Experience in medium density projects
o Subcontractor management and site supervision skills
o Able to lead and push projects forward
