**Functional Overview**:
The EQS Operations team is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the warehousing, set up and delivery of CCEP's equipment for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to, inventory management, set up and management of delivery teams and supply of CCEP's wide range of equipment. The role of the EQS Operations Manager is to support the CCEP Sales teams in driving revenue and growth in the CCEP business by way of ensuring commitments made to CCEP customers with respect to equipment placements and removals are fulfilled.
**Role**:
As National Accounts Implementation Manager, you will be required to drive the key strategic pillar of "Growth Through Revenue Generation". The main objective of the role is to manage the Hungry Jack's Beverage Equipment Portfolio and Refresh Project from end to end. This is a long-term project covering Fountain / Frozen and Coffee equipment as per contractual obligations where you will be required to liaise with a large amount of both internal and external stake holders to ensure each job is executed with precision due to large numbers of dependencies. Your role will also be to support/project manage Village & Event Cinemas as required via state installation leads. You will also be required to support/project manage other National accounts as they become CCEP customers via state installation leads.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsibility for managing equipment forecasting/purchasing in line with both customer and CCEP expectations
- Manage the National capital fleet on a job by job and state by state basis and freight stock where required accordingly for Hungry Jack's Beverage Equipment Portfolio and Refresh Project
- Ensure Postmix / Frozen and Coffee site surveys are conducted for each site identified by the customer and CCEP
- Review each survey and put forward technical solutions for the types of equipment to be installed in the premises along with recommendations on what work the customer will need to carry out on their part
- Provide in depth quotations to the customer & manage all customer PO's
- Review architectural drawings and equipment layouts to create CCEP scope of works documents that are shared with each state installation team
- Create weekly meeting routines with state coordinators and Hungry Jack's HO stake holders to ensure each project goes to plan and service jobs are completed
- Work with multiple contacts such as builders, site foreman, safety teams, Hungry Jacks, contractors, and state EQS teams to create a strong installation plan where all parties adhere to the dates to work with for installations
- Provide troubleshooting to front line teams such as state EQS Technicians & State DSM's
- Ensure correct invoicing process is followed and revenue recovered

- Proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions under time constraints
- Experience dealing with multiple priorities.
- Proven relationship management experience in particular working collaboratively and cross functionally, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Agile in ways of working and being able to prioritise multiple initiatives / resources.
- Strong understanding and experience in Equipment and Services department.
- Strong understanding of external trends in service optimisation and sustainability.
- Systems implementation and optimisation experience.
- Proficient in systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, MyApps, OSP, Microsoft suite)
- Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
- Ability to manage cost center and budgets
