We're building the delivery team for a large services-heavy project in Melbourne's western suburbs. Your role as a Site Supervisor will focus on technical fit-out and commissioning. You'll be leading site operations – managing subcontractors, coordinating with engineers and consultants, and driving programme, safety, and quality on a highly complex build.
The scope involves high-density electrical infrastructure, critical cooling, backup power, and fire and security systems – in a live environment with zero tolerance for error. Your ability to lead through clarity, calm decision-making, and technical depth will be essential.
The builder behind this project has a proven track record in delivering healthcare, data centres, commercial buildings, and public infrastructure across the country. With a strong design-and-delivery culture, they prioritise precision, transparency, and long-term partnerships with clients and consultants alike. Internally, they operate with low ego and high accountability. You'll be working in a culture that's collaborative, proactive, and genuinely invested in the success of its people.
To be considered, you'll need site leadership experience on local builds valued above $50 million, ideally in live or technically complex environments – data centres, hospitals, labs, or government facilities.
A base salary of up to $200k, including super, is available for the right candidate.
