As a key player in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will take on a hands-on leadership role within our retail operations. About the Role

* You will support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the store team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Your primary responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience through service and presentation excellence, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
* You will assist in managing store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and team performance, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead training, development, and performance conversations to drive individual and team growth.
* Oversee the implementation of operational standards, safety protocols, and compliance initiatives to create a positive and secure work environment.
* Dive into data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, using insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business results.
