Hamilton Automotive Group are currently seeking a highly motivated sales consultant to join our MG dealership at Reynella.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role will include managing customer enquiries from internet leads, phone and walk ins as well as prospecting for further lead generation. Other duties also include maintaining showroom display and presentation as well as retention of existing customers. It is vital the candidate can work effectively in a team environment, as workplace culture is very important to the success of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
* Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers, guiding them through the sales process.
* Promoting the full range of our New & Used vehicle stock
* Building rapport with customers and matching customers needs with the right vehicle and finance options.
* Maintaining the showroom to keep vehicles presented at all times.
* Demonstrating thorough product knowledge
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Accurately logging activities
* Generating sales and converting leads
* Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and generate referrals
About you
The successful applicant must have:
* Current full driver's license
* A strong customer centric focus
* Well-developed influencing and negotiation skills
* A friendly and self-motivated personality along with excellent presentation
