Purchasing Specialist
This Purchasing Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to join our organization's Procurement team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Integrated Business Planning Manager to drive strategic projects and analyze procurement data.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Strategic Procurement: Providing strategic guidance on procurement activities, including category management, pricing reviews, and tender assessments.
2. Data Analytics: Developing and maintaining databases to track procurement metrics and analyze market trends.
3. Communication and Reporting: Collaborating with stakeholders to prepare and present reports on procurement performance and trends.
4. Project Management: Leading projects to evaluate and implement cost-saving initiatives.
5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and identifying potential risks associated with procurement activities.
Key skills and experience required include:
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in procurement data management.
Requirements:
Relevant degree in Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or Statistics, experience in healthcare and project management, and strong analytical and communication skills.
