In this role, you'll deliver high‐quality technical solutions acrossIBM Maximo, supporting configuration, integrations, customisations, reporting, and technical administration to ensure stable environments and successful project outcomes.This is a hands‐on technical role working closely with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to translate business requirements into effective Maximo solutions, while contributing to continuous improvement, governance, and knowledge sharing.This role can be based in ourBrisbane, Melbourne, orSydneyoffices, with hybrid andremote‐within‐Australiaoptions available for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities Technical DeliveryDesign, configure and support IBM Maximo components, integrations and reporting solutionsMaintain technical documentation, configuration records and change logsSupport deployments, upgrades and environment migrationsCollaborate with functional consultants to deliver customisations and interfacesSystem Administration & SupportProvide technical administration for Maximo environments and batch processesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimise business disruptionConduct technical testing, performance monitoring and quality assuranceSupport ITIL‐aligned change, incident and problem management processesTeam & Project ContributionProvide technical guidance to less‐experienced team membersSupport project planning, risk identification and governance activitiesWhat You BringExperience as a Technical Consultant (or similar role) withIBM MaximoStrong skills in system administration, integrations, customisation and reportingProficiency in databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Informix)Experience installing and configuring RedHat OpenShiftStrong problem‐solving and analytical capabilityAbility to explain technical concepts to non‐technical stakeholdersAbility to manage competing priorities in a project environmentKnowledge of Azure or AWS cloud hostingProgramming experience (Cobol, SQL, Java, Python)Familiarity with ITIL frameworksExperience in asset‐intensive industries (mining, utilities, energy, infrastructure)Why Join Us?
