Juniper Chrystal Halliday in Karrinyup are currently seeking a casual PCAA to join the team Must be available to cover planned and unplanned leave.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance
* Support residents to participate in social, recreational, and wellness activities
* Facilitate engaging group and one‑on‑one activities tailored to customer interests and abilities
* Assist with transport and mobility to and from activities (if required)
* Monitor and report any changes in health, wellbeing, or behaviour to clinical staff
* Maintain accurate documentation and care/activity records
* Promote dignity, independence, and respect in επίσης interactions
* Work collaboratively with the care team, families, and allied health professionals
Key Requirementshage
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home & Community) or equivalent qualification
* Current First Aid & CPR certificate
* Manual handling and infection control training
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including with people living with dementia
* Experience providing personal care in aged care, disability, or community settings
* Ability to plan, deliver, and adapt activities to support physical, social, and emotional wellbeing
* Compassion, patience, and cultural sensitivity
