Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join Recruitment Services in this temporary role, supporting the delivery of end-to-end recruitment services.
About the Opportunity
As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will work in close partnership with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs, provide expert advice, and deliver timely, high-quality recruitment outcomes.
You will play a key role in strengthening recruitment outcomes across the District, contributing to improved candidate experience and consistent recruitment practices.
As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
* Leading and delivering end-to-end recruitment activity across a defined portfolio, ensuring a positive candidate experience from job briefing to commencement
* Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide practical, solutions-focused recruitment advice
* Providing day-to-day leadership and support to recruitment staff, promoting collaboration, capability development and consistent service delivery
* Implementing targeted sourcing approaches to attract diverse and suitably skilled candidates
* Developing high-quality job advertisements and supporting digital and social recruitment activity aligned with contemporary recruitment practices
* Ensuring recruitment activity complies with relevant policies, Awards and legislative requirements, while supporting diversity, equity and inclusion
* Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, stakeholder engagement and service outcomes

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
* Demonstrated experience delivering recruitment or talent acquisition services within a complex or high-volume environment
* Proven ability to build effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior leaders
* Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
* A commitment to inclusive recruitment practices and continuous improvement
