ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for experienced forklift operators to be part of this exciting new chapter. Based right next to Melbourne Airport, this 24,000 sq/m facility is built for the future – complete with a paperless and wireless environment, new equipment, cutting-edge automation, and a high-tech Warehouse Management System (WMS). You’ll be working with a agile, supportive team in a fast-paced setting that offers real opportunities to grow your skills and build a long-term career in logistics. This isn’t just another warehouse job – it’s your chance to be part of something big right from day one.
DUTIES
• Perform high-reach forklift operations
• Load, unload, pack, and unpack materials
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean, compliant warehouse conditions
• Handle precise despatch, labelling, and AMR-assisted order processing
• Receive, record, and allocate stock efficiently using WMS
• Manage inventory through regular cycle counts and proactive stock control
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experienced with high reach forklift operations and holds an LF Forklift License (required)
• Strong with numbers, product codes, and attention to detail in the documentation
• Skilled in WMS, RF scanning, and electronic warehousing systems
• Energetic, proactive, and committed to getting the job done
• A reliable and punctual team player who works well with diverse teams
