The Swim School Coordinator is a key senior member of staff at the Hamilton Indoor Leisure and Aquatic Centre (HILAC). This position is responsible for the provision and promotion of aquatic programs and staff at HILAC and Council's outdoor pools. This position involves building and nurturing relationships with schools and other external agencies to respond to community needs and increase usage of Aquatic programs, along with supervising the regulatory components of the aquatic facilities such as the Public Health and Wellbeing Regulations, and the Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations.

Qualifications
Aquatic Technical Operations Certificate (or willing to obtain)
Pool Lifeguard Certificate (or willing to obtain)
Current Victorian Drivers Licence
AUSTSWIM Certificate - Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety minimum, Teacher of Infant and Preschool desirable
