As Account Sales Manager for the Wellington region, you’ll be responsible for nurturing existing customers, developing new business opportunities, and driving growth across a diverse client base. You’ll work closely with a small, experienced local team and have national support behind you to help you succeed. This is a full-time, on-the-road position (Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm), covering the Lower North Island with some regional travel (3–4 nights per month). Key Responsibilities: Manage and expand a portfolio of customers, building long-term business relationships. Identify and convert new sales opportunities within the signage and print industries. Provide tailored product and service solutions that add measurable value for clients. Plan and manage your own sales schedule, including travel across your territory. Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to ensure seamless client experiences. Act as a key representative for the business, upholding strong communication, professionalism, and integrity. Support the ongoing growth and culture of a small, high-performing team. About You: You’re a confident and adaptable salesperson who thrives on autonomy and results. You’ll bring: Proven B2B sales or account management experience. A passion for developing relationships and uncovering growth opportunities. Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-up skills. The ability to quickly learn new products and markets. A proactive mindset with resilience and initiative. A full driver’s licence (forklift licence desirable but not essential). Industry experience is not required — success in this role will come from your drive, curiosity, and proven sales skills.
