The M&H; Ward Group - McDonald's Toowoomba Region as a priority, are looking for adults to work day shifts and overnight shifts at our Westbrook Location (about 20 minutes from the center of Toowoomba) - Restaurant Address: 81 Main Street, Westbrook QLD 4350 AUS
Up to $39.82 per hour (Day Shift up to $33.19 |Overnight $37.17 | Saturday & Sunday $39.82)
We are specifically looking for those that can work during the following time periods, keeping in mind that we are extremely flexible with how availabilities are set and are different for almost every employee depending on personal or study commitments.
· Day Shifts: Shifts Range from 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM – Up to $33.19 on Weekdays, $39.82 on Weekends - This Position is best suited to adults or early school leavers. You can be 16 and out of school or 45+ adult looking for a reliable income with room to expend into leadership - This Position is a Priority
· Afternoon / Evening Shifts: Range from 4:00 PM - 8:30 PM - Suited to individules who are still in school and want to develop their career skills for their future career.
· Overnights / Late shifts: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM – Up to $37.17 On Weekdays, $39.82 on Weekends (The M&H; Ward Group's Policy is that you must be at least 18 years or older to work overnight shifts)
· Parent Shifts – Usual availability from 09:00 AM -2:30 PM (We will work with you to find suitable shift arrangements that are benificial to both parties, recognising that being a parent and working is certainly not an easy task). - Up to $33.19 on Weekdays, $39.82 on Weekends - You do not need to be available for weekends, however, if you wish to be available, you can be.
· Staff who are available 24/7 – The More you are available, the better hours you will be able to work - $39.82 per hour - This is a priority Position to fill, you can be 16 (and no longer in school) through to 45+ in age

To be considered for this role, you do not need any previous experience whatsoever, provided you are willing to learn and develop you will be successful within this role, there is exponential progression offered to each employee, obtaining Nationally Recognised Training, Leadership Courses and many others - Obtaining movement forward is based on you and your performance within the business, nothing else - You can be with us 10 days or 10 years, provided you have honesty, integrity, reliability and productivity you can apply for the Management in Training Program.

Mandatory Requirements:
- A legal Right to work in Australia Without Restrictions.
- If you are 18 and above and are successful with your application, we will pay for a Police Background check prior to you being able to work any shifts. All you are required to do is fill in the details and submit the application once we send it to you.
Note If you do not provide details reguarding any conviction and it is noted on the report we are provided, your application will be terminated for failure to disclose.
