The Role
* Prepare and manage sales contracts, Form 6s, listing documents and compliance paperwork
* Oversee sales files from listing through to settlement
* Coordinate property marketing, listing uploads and vendor reports
* Maintain CRM accuracy and manage buyer & vendor communication
* Prepare appraisal kits, proposals and listing presentations
* Support open homes, enquiries and follow‐up communication
* Manage agent calendars, inspections, contract dates and general admin
The Successful Candidate
* 6-12 months experience in real estate administration or sales support highly regarded
* Well presented, proactive and passionate, ideally someone experienced and confident
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and work autonomously
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* High level of professionalism and initiative
