Requirements
* A minimum Certificate III in childhood studies or equivalent qualifications is required, along with working towards a Diploma in childhood studies or other recognized qualifications.
* Hold one of the following child protection certificates: CHCPRT025, CHCPRT026, or CHCECE057.
* Possess excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
* Hold a current Working with Children Check/Blue Card and First Aid and CPR certificate.
