Role Description We’re looking for a Project Director to lead an established business unit in our Accommodation sector at RP Infrastructure (Residential, Student Accommodation, Build To Rent, Affordable Housing, Retirement Living, Aged Care and Hotel projects). Working closely with the New South Wales leadership team and the National Executive Director of Accommodation, this position represents is a key role in our strategic growth. As a Project Director, you’ll be responsible for strengthening our existing client relationships, helping to identify opportunities for winning new work, and delivering a range of Student Accommodation, Build To Rent, Hotel or other residential asset-class construction projects. Located in our Sydney office, you’ll be responsible for: Delivering new build and refurbishment Accommodation/Residential projects – including business case preparation, design, procurement, contract management and construction responsibilities. Managing staff – you’ll be responsible for the growth and development of your team. Making strategic recommendations to the Senior Leadership group, about market trends and key opportunities for Business Development pursuits. Managing existing client relationships, providing outstanding levels of customer service to our project partners. Construction Project Management delivery within the Accommodation/Residential sectors. Candidate Profile – Who Is This Role For? This position could be suitable for you if you’re: An established Senior Project Manager, with experience delivering Residential, Accommodation, Build To Rent, Mixed-Use or Hotel projects. Deep connectivity and relationships in the above markets will be essential to continue your upward trajectory. Regardless of your current level of seniority, to be successful in this role you’ll also need: The ability to leverage your network and manage relationships within the Accommodation sector, to help identify new opportunities. Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders; as well as a customer-focused mindset. Qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
