Our client is a leading technology and engineering services provider delivering secure, mission-critical infrastructure and managed services across government and enterprise environments. The work is reliability-first and security focused, supporting large scale platforms where availability, performance, and operational excellence matter.
What you'll do:
* Provide operational support across midrange storage and backup platforms to maintain stability, availability, and performance
* Manage the lifecycle of storage assets and services, including proactive maintenance and uplift activities
* Identify and implement tuning and optimisation opportunities across storage platforms and associated connectivity
* Respond to incidents, conduct health checks, and troubleshoot issues across storage technologies
* Support and maintain dedicated backup platforms and associated operational processes
* Install, configure, and support local and remote replication and mirroring solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve issues and implement service improvements
Requirements
* Current Baseline or NV1 security clearance (mandatory)
* Demonstrated experience in storage administration within a midrange enterprise environment
* Experience supporting storage and backup platforms (operations and incident response)
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability across storage technologies
* Experience working in complex, large scale infrastructure environments
