**About the Opportunity**
As a Logistics Coordinator and valued team member of our **Stegbar Smithfield** branch, you will act as the liaison point between customers and up to 15 sub-contractor installers in the field, providing a clear flow of information to enable jobs to be scheduled in a timely and efficient manner.
You will actively be a part of our professional and dynamic team providing an exceptional level of service to our customers, sub-contractors and glazing teams by coordinating the installation of products, responding to enquiries, confirming installation bookings, and troubleshooting solutions with respect to installation issues and timings. This is a fast paced team environment so you will need to be confident having diverse interactions and at times managing difficult conversations.
In addition, you'll:
- schedule and route jobs to ensure each installer has their jobs allocated in advance
- identify capacity constraints ahead of planned installation
- prepare documentation for installations
- process invoicing and arranging reworks
**About you**
You will have:
- Confidence in using Excel and ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house CRM system
- Enthusiasm to work in the rapidly changing and dynamic manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in a calm, efficient and pro-active manner even though at times this role will be high pressured and have tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple jobs at the same time to ensure the smooth scheduling of sub-contractors
- Systematic and procedural work methods
