Based in our Adelaide head office, this role offers a mix of candidate engagement, client relationship management, and on-site support to some of Australia's leading industry partners.
About the Role
In this hands-on recruitment position, you will:
Manage end-to-end recruitment
Build candidate pipelines through advertising, screening, interviewing, and compliance management
Maintain strong client relationships including regular communication, site visits, and service delivery support
Coordinate rosters, availability updates, onboarding, and workforce allocation
Work within time-sensitive environments
Ensure all candidates meet industry compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
Experience in recruitment
Ability to manage volume recruitment and multiple priorities with confidence
Strong communication, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving
Comfortable working in both office and on-site environments
A team player with resilience, energy, and a passion for helping people find meaningful work
