What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a well-maintained portfolio of properties
* Coordinating routine, ingoing and vacate inspections
* Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding property matters
* Handling maintenance requests and coordinating trades
* Conducting rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenant sign‑ups
* Ensuring full compliance with legislation and agency standards
* Providing exceptional customer service and clear communication
* Supporting team members and contributing to a positive workplace culture
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Property Manager (or Assistant stepping up)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently
* High attention to detail and confidence in problem‑solving
* Current Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid driver's licence
