**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.
This is a permanent full-time position that offers the opportunity to lead and develop our frontline team, driving store performance through sales, profit, and growth.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for:
* Assisting the Store Manager in increasing performance to achieve targets
* Contribute to all aspects of the store including serving customers and stacking shelves
* Assist the Store Manager with the training and development of the team
* Order and maintain stock availability
* Ensure the health and safety of all Team Members and customers are met
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Oversee shifts in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring seamless customer service delivery
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, profit, and growth
3. Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement change
4. Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
5. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
