Join to apply for the Test Manager role at XPT Software
· Define and implement end-to-end test strategies for SAP projects.
· Lead test planning, preparation, execution, and defect management.
· Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure test coverage and quality.
· Manage test teams across onshore and offshore locations.
· Coordinate with client stakeholders to align testing activities with project timelines.
· Ensure compliance with organizational and client-specific testing standards.
· Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to project leadership.
· Support UAT and post-go-live validation phases.
Must Have Skills:
· Proven experience as a Test Manager in SAP environments.
· Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP ECC HCM, and SAP Payroll.
· Experience in managing large-scale SAP testing programs, Familiarity with test management and automation tools.
· Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
· Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results under pressure.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
