Role Overview
Career making role for a smart, adept and flexible Senior Associate seeking a top-end corporate and commercial team with strong transactional matters.
With high end transactions across a range of industries, including renewables, health, defence and more you will work on a range of deals and commercial matters for large private companies, some SME’s and start-ups. It includes local Adelaide pre-eminent businesses and the occasional massive off-market deals. A stand-out position on offer, this role will expose the successful Senior Associate to a calibre of work ordinarily associated with the Eastern States, but only available in a couple of local firms.
This firm is known for its commercial approach and offers outstanding mentoring. The firm fosters a professional and collegiate environment, and the leaders in the practice are noted locally as some of the strongest in market. It has a proved record of promoting up and coming lawyers to partner, and is a firm where you can still expect to make partner in time.
To be considered you will be a switched on, highly technical Senior Associate with at least 5 years PAE in a highly reputable corporate and commercial team. Returnees from interstate are welcome to apply.
