Our client, a rapidly expanding global hospitality company, is seeking a talented Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team based in the inner North of Melbourne. Job Description
Reporting to the Group Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the full function Accounts Payable process
* Payment runs, weekly basis
* Conducting monthly statement reconciliations for key suppliers
* Building and maintaining relationships with Venue Managers, key suppliers, and other stakeholders
* Credit Card reconciliations
* Any other ad hoc duties
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of end-to-end Accounts Payable experience and be comfortable working in a standalone role. They should be tech-savvy, able to quickly learn and adapt to new software - experience with Xero a bonus! Most importantly, they will be organised, motivated, eager to learn, and bring a positive, energetic personality to the team. The successful candidate must have full working rights and be based in Melbourne.
