* Pitch the Vision: Articulate the YPA value proposition—our culture, our tech, and our record-breaking success—to prospective franchise owners.
* Strategic Growth: Manage the end-to-end process of bringing new offices into the YPA family, from initial coffee catch-ups to the grand opening.
* Brand Ambassador: Be the "face" of YPA in QLD, attending industry events and building a "Who's Who" network of the state's best real estate talent.
