Full‐time workshop based role in Smithfield. A mechanically minded individual will deliver quality service to customers while performing scheduled maintenance and safety & function checks, contributing to company growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer‐focused scheduled and breakdown services.
- Record service notes and file records appropriately, providing high‐level customer service to help solve material handling needs.
- Access training and development; support less experienced technicians in more complex service and repair tasks.
- Maintain up‐to‐date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies in automation and telematics.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products and services.
- Partner with the company to maximize additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base.
