We're currently looking for highly skilled, motivated, and ambitious interns to join our video production team. Interns will produce high‐quality, engaging videos that showcase our clients' products and services.
Ideal candidates are creative, comfortable around cameras, and skilled at editing. International travel may be required, so a passport is useful but not required. Immediate employment will be considered for those who meet the standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Paras Media team with shooting promotional videos for various clients
* Edit videos and media collateral for various clients
* Create typography, motion graphics, and other special effects
* Brainstorm and develop creative strategy for clients' digital marketing implementation
* Assist with shooting photography for creative materials and client events
* Manage resources and equipment
Skill Requirements
* Excellent proficiency with Premiere Pro
* Proficient with Photoshop
* Proficient with After Effects or Motion
* Experience with DSLR recording equipment or broadcast cameras
* Ability to multi‐task while being thorough, accurate, and detail‐oriented
* Excellent organizational and time‐management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Hard‐working, sharp thinking, energetic, and reliable
* Knowledge of all major social media platforms

Eligibility Criteria
To complete the internship, candidates must produce a project video for their resume and reel that demonstrates their field skills. The internship is initially 12 weeks unpaid; successful candidates who prove themselves may be offered a paid traineeship or paid role. Expenses incurred while working (e.g., taxi services or out‐of‐pocket costs) will be covered. Immediate paid employment will be considered for suitable candidates.
