There is an opportunity to work across other Healthscope sites.As a Physiotherapist – Grade 1 or Grade 2 (based on experience) your responsibilities will include:Casual weekend (and potential weekday) role providing comprehensive Physiotherapy weekend services to acute orthopaedic surgical inpatients and/or ICU/Cardiorespiratory patients.Orthopaedics: Sound clinical assessment and discharge planning skills for patients following elective joint replacements as well as trauma presentations.ICU/Cardiorespiratory: Provide expert clinical management for all patients in the Intensive Care Unit/High dependency Unit and acute cardiorespiratory wards.Delivering excellent clinical services related to assessment, treatment, planning and evidence based practiceWorking closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients and their support peopleDischarge planning with the multidisciplinary team and referrals to external services.About usKnox Private Hospital is one of the largest private hospitals in Victoria, caring for over 1.2 million people across Melbourne’s east and outer east.We have a 24/7 Emergency Department, covering a full range of medical and surgical specialty areas, including highly complex surgeries.
