Key Responsibilities:

The SAP SuccessFactors Administrator will provide administration support across the suite, working with various stakeholders and vendors to ensure improvement of business processes as well as servicing tickets and supporting the Technical Manager with maintenance of the suite.

* Support and manage SAP SuccessFactors employee central, Competencies, Onboarding/offboarding recruitment modules and reporting requests
* Be the main point of contact for the People Systems team providing production support, working with vendors on new implementations and documenting processes and instruction for SuccessFactors technologies
* Working effectively and collaboratively with HR to create and implement solutions in line with business requirements.
* Reviewing functional and technical requirements with vendors and development teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and can be successfully delivered
* SUPPORT workshops with stakeholders and business users to gather information, understand challenges and playback design proposals
* Maintenance of SuccessFactors production, test and review
* Create and update functional requirements

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

* Understanding and experience using SAP SuccessFactors Suite (Expert in Employee Central, Competencies and Onboarding/offboarding modules)
* Previous vendor management experience
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and deal with competing demands diplomatically
* Experience across a range of IT technical skills including working in a service desk capacity (Ticket management)
* Strong problem solving skills within a complex system environment
* Strong written and verbal communications skills to ensure effective communication with all levels of the business, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and influentially
* Persuasive and patient with good interpersonal skills
* Experience in public transport is preferred, especially around rail and light rail environments asset data and information management.
